  Close to town and train station. Short walk to football stadium, arrived very late and took a while to gain admission to the building but once we had it was a pleasant stay. Good all round as per usual

  Firstly the hotel & room itself were good. The issue seems the be the restaurant and the fact that reception staff also double as waitresses. There were 14 tables for a hotel of about 80 rooms. At diner it took the kitchen about an hour to get the first course out - we were the second table in when we arrived. As the reception staff were busy attending the check-in, the kitchen staff had to leave the kitchen to bring our meals off the pass. The delay really did not suit our 19 month old. Kids pizza ended up over cooked. Breakfast time we got in early and we were ok, but ten mins later an reception was full, with people waiting to get a table for breakfast. They do not take bookings for breakfast either, so make sure you go early if you don't want a wait. Never had a problem with premier inn before, and as this appears to be new, could just be teething problems while the staff build up experience.

  Booked for 2 night stay. Terrible service, told I didn't have a room booked as hotel was fully booked. Next morning told had to move rooms then after packing up told we were staying in the original room. Bad service, bad management. Good things cleaners pleasant and comfy bed.
